As part of the events dedicated to the Year of Skilled Professions, the Entrepreneurship and Industrial-Innovative Development Department of the West Kazakhstan Region organizes introduction tours and Job Shadowing Days for college students at manufacturing enterprises. The purpose of the event is to promote skilled professions among youth, increase their prestige, and strengthen cooperation with industrial enterprises to improve the quality of workforce training in vocational schools.

On November 19, 2025, students from the “Service” Oral Technological College visited the company's workshops, where production of big bags, wagon flooring, protective tents, and polypropylene fabrics is organized. Students became familiar with production organization, technological processes, equipment, and the seamstress’s workplace.

Company representatives invited the students for internships, providing information about working conditions, salary levels, and work schedules at the enterprise.
