On November 11–12, 2025, the city of Uralsk hosted the XXI Forum of Interregional Cooperation between Kazakhstan and Russia.
The main theme of the forum was “Skilled Trades — the Driver of Economic Growth”.
Within the framework of the forum, the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan and Talap KAEA organized a technological exhibition dedicated to the Year of Skilled Trades. The exhibition featured four thematic pavilions:

Transport and Logistics

Energy and Green Technologies

Agro-Industry
The exhibition was attended by TVET organizations and universities from different regions of Kazakhstan, the Samruk-Kazyna group of companies, enterprises from the West Kazakhstan Region, as well as leading IT companies of Kazakhstan.
The exhibition demonstrated the synergy between business and education in introducing advanced technologies and developing modern approaches to workforce training, and also served as an effective platform for career guidance. Over the two days, more than 4,000 students visited the exhibition, gaining a closer understanding of skilled trades and modern technologies.
