As part of the Year of Working Professions, the Department of Entrepreneurship and Industrial-Innovative Development of the West Kazakhstan Region, in collaboration with the Methodological Center of the Regional Education Department and the college administration, organized a meeting for first-year students with the heads of engineering and technical departments of several enterprises.

Specifically, the meeting was attended by A.A. Chikinova, Chief Technologist of JSC “Oralagroremmash”; B.K. Elamanov, Design Engineer of LLP “Oral Transformer Plant”; and I.T. Imangaziev, Head of the branch of JSC “Kazakhtelecom” under the West Kazakhstan Directorate.

The enterprise representatives provided comprehensive information on current production activities, future plans, the workforce, the demand for specialists, measures to attract young personnel, and more.

Additionally, R.T. Kuanshalieva, representative of the Education Department, and S.Kh. Mukhammetkaliev, college director, spoke at the meeting.

Students and teachers asked a number of questions, which were fully answered.

Overall, it can be said that the meeting was highly informative; students received a wealth of new useful information, including guidance for their further professional development.
