On January 20 of this year, Akim of the West Kazakhstan region Nariman Toregaliyev met with Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kingdom of the Netherlands to the Republic of Kazakhstan Andre Carstens and Honorary Consul of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in Atyrau Talgat Imangaliyev.

During the meeting, the parties discussed issues of strengthening economic ties between the two countries, the implementation of joint investment projects.

As part of the official visit, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kingdom of the Netherlands to the Republic of Kazakhstan met with Askar Nametov, Chairman of the Board, Rector of the West Kazakhstan Agrarian and Technological University named after Zhangir Khan, and took part in the opening of the international exhibition of artists in the Orda of Arts "Atameken".
