Registration of the company
State registration of legal entities includes checking the compliance of documents submitted for state registration with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, issuing them a certificate of state registration with the assignment of a business identification number, entering information about legal entities into the National Register of Business Identification Numbers.

Currency regulation
The currency legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan is based on the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan and consists of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Currency Regulation and Currency Control" and other regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan. However, if an international treaty ratified by the Republic of Kazakhstan establishes rules other than those contained in this Law, then the rules of the international treaty apply.
In accordance with Article 282 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan (General Part), monetary obligations in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan must be expressed in tenge, except for cases established by legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Monetary obligations on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan can be expressed in foreign currency, if foreign exchange transactions on such obligations are allowed. (Article 13 Currency Regulation Law).
Obtaining a land plot

Granting the right to private ownership of state-owned agricultural land plots to individuals and legal entities.
The procedure for connecting to the engineering infrastructure
The procedure for connecting to sources of engineering infrastructure is regulated by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 16, 2001 No. 242-II "On architectural, urban planning and construction activities in the Republic of Kazakhstan", by order of the Minister of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 30, 2015 No. 750 «On approval of the Organization Rules development and licensing procedures in the field of construction» (Building Regulations) and other regulatory legal acts in the field of architectural, urban planning and construction activities.
According to paragraph 18 of Article 1 of this law, engineering infrastructure is a set of enterprises (organizations), objects (buildings and structures), communications and networks of engineering and utilities, creating normal conditions for the life of people, as well as the sustainable functioning of production or circulation of goods and services.
Procedure for obtaining permits
1. The licensing authority during licensing or in the implementation of licensing procedures within two working days from the date of receipt of the applicant's documents for the issuance of a permit and (or) annex to it is obliged to check the completeness of the submitted documents.
If the applicant submits an incomplete package of documents, the licensing authority within the specified time frame gives a reasoned refusal to further consider the application.
2. To obtain, in cases established by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, decrees of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan or decrees of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, approvals (related permits) of state bodies for the applicant's compliance with the requirements established by regulatory legal acts, the licensing authority within two working days from the date of registration of the applicant's documents for obtaining a permit and (or) annex to it sends a request to the relevant state bodies at the place of implementation by the applicant of the forthcoming activity or action (operation).
Labor legislation
Foreign labor is attracted by employers to carry out labor activities in the Republic of Kazakhstan on the basis of permits to attract foreign labor, issued by the local executive body of the corresponding administrative-territorial unit.
Local executive bodies on the territory of the corresponding administrative-territorial unit issue and (or) extend permits or refuse to issue, extend permits to employers to attract foreign labor to carry out labor activities within the quota allocated by the authorized body for employment of the population, and also suspend and revoke the specified permissions.
Banking system
The Republic of Kazakhstan has a two-tier banking system. The National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan is the central bank of the state and represents the upper (first) level of the banking system.
The tasks, principles of activity, legal status and powers of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (authorized body) are determined by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan» and other laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The authorized body exercises regulation, as well as, along with its department, control and supervision on banking activities within its competence and contributes to the creation of general conditions for the functioning of banks and organizations carrying out certain types of banking operations.
The regulatory functions of the authorized body in relation to banks and organizations that carry out certain types of banking operations are aimed at maintaining the stability of the monetary system of the Republic of Kazakhstan, protecting the interests of creditors of banks, their depositors and customers.
All other banks represent the lower (second) level of the banking system, with the exception of the Development Bank of Kazakhstan, which has a special legal status determined by the legislative act of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
