LLP «SV Plus» was founded in February 2002.

In 2006, a concrete plant for the production of ready-mixed concrete with a capacity of 60 m³ per hour was launched, which meets all the latest standards. At the concrete mixing unit, full automation of the operation for controlling the dosage, preparation and delivery of the concrete mixture has been introduced.

In 2007, under LLP «SV Plus», an affiliated company, «Орал жаңа үй құрылыс комбинаты» LLP, was formed, the main activity of which is the production of the entire range of reinforced concrete products:

slabs of strip foundations,

concrete blocks for basement walls,

concrete paving slabs,

concrete wall stones SKTs type,

side wall stones,

reinforced concrete lintels for buildings with brick walls.

All products are manufactured on the basis of modern technologies that meet international quality standards.

The production capacity of reinforced concrete products is 12 thousand m³ per year, daily - 70 m³.

Since 2008, the company has been producing semi-dry pressing plates with a length of 18 meters using modern equipment of the German company "Weiler".

The plant is a modern diversified enterprise that has its own vehicle fleet, loading equipment, railway sidings and carries out the whole complex of manufacturing and delivery of finished products to its customers.

A house-building plant was built on the basis of the plant. The equipment was supplied from factories - manufacturers of well-known German companies "Weiler", "Vollert" and the Italian company "MAR".
