The Ural Commercial and Industrial Company was formed in August 2003 on the basis of a plastic products plant operating in Uralsk since 1981. Specializes in the production of: polyethylene pipes for water supply systems, gas supply, telecommunications, technological pipelines, as well as metal tiles, profiled sheets, additional elements, signs travel and consumer goods made of plastic.

The production complex consists of 12 workshops and a complete infrastructure typical of industrial enterprises. The total area is 7 hectares.

To carry out the technological process for the production of pressure pipes made of polyethylene, the enterprise has six extrusion lines from KraussMaffeiBerstoff (Germany) with a diameter of 20 to 1600 mm. The plant is the only one in Kazakhstan that produces polyethylene pipes with a diameter of 1600 mm. This project was commissioned in December 2013 as part of the «Business Roadmap 2020» program. There is a centralized system for loading raw materials from NewOmar (Italy), as well as drying chambers. All extrusion lines of the company are equipped with gravimetric dosing systems. The company has a certified testing laboratory, in which the physicochemical parameters of pipes are determined in accordance with all regulatory documents. All types of pipes produced by the company have the necessary certificates of conformity. The production capacity of the enterprise is processing 30,000 tons per year.

For 13 years, UTPK LLP has also been engaged in the production of profiled sheets and metal tiles.

The current quality management system ISO 9001 guarantees qualified and reasonable management of all factors affecting the quality of the main and related processes. The company also has certificates of the Environmental Management System and the Professional Safety Management System ST RK ISO 14001 and ST RK OHSAS 18001.

The sales market for finished products is wide enough. Pipes are supplied to many regions of Kazakhstan.

The enterprise is a medium-sized business entity and has established itself in the Kazakhstan market as a reliable and high-quality manufacturer of its products.
