The creative group «WomenArt Design» started its activity in 2000. The group includes members of the Union of Designers of the Republic of Kazakhstan: Raisa Alekseeva, Natalia Brike, Marina Ermekkalieva, as well as young talented artists and designers of the Ural.
The compositions of the company's paintings and tapestries are based on the study of the history and culture of Kazakhstan, national decorative and applied arts and design. So, one of the best developments-the decorative panel «Tumar» - recreates the traditional Kazakh amulet. Each of the parts of the tumar, richly decorated with ornaments, represents well-being and positive energy. The symbolic meaning of Kazakh patterns and ornaments is deciphered in the annotation to the «Tumar».
The theme of the group's paintings is diverse. These are decorative still lives, images of everyday objects of the Kazakh people, and panels containing ancient petroglyphs found on the territory of Ancient Kazakhstan. Paintings and tapestries represent an artistic interpretation and stylized display of fragments of the rich cultural and historical heritage of Kazakhstan-masterpieces of architecture carpet weaving jewelry and pottery, etc. Each of our works is accompanied by an annotation, which reveals the figurative, symbolic and historical content of the picture.
The company's priorities are:
During its existence, the company has not only confirmed its right to further promising development, but also its high creative potential.
Paintings and decorative panels produced by the company are in public and private collections in Astana, Almaty, many cities of Kazakhstan, Russia, near and far abroad - in Paris, London, Rome, Bonn, in more than 30 countries around the world.
The pride of the company - the coat of arms of the city of Uralsk-is designed taking into account the heraldic laws and the requirements of modern aesthetics.
The company is rightfully proud of the fact that the decorative panel made of leather «Tumar» - a symbol of prosperity and development — was presented by N. Nazarbayev to B. Obama at the international summit in Seoul in March 2012.
