The institution «Uralsk Educational and Production Enterprise of the Public Association «Kazakh Society of the Deaf» was founded in 1937.

- introduction of the hearing-impaired and hard-of-hearing persons to active work and work on their rehabilitation, creation of jobs.
- according to license No. 007676, the company has its own construction site that performs repair and construction works of category II;
- production of consumer goods and work wear in a wide range. Provides printing services, carpentry services, car wash services, car service services.
Production activities are carried out according to economic independence.
