"Ayaz" LLP is one of the oldest wool processing enterprises in the West Kazakhstan region. The production is completely focused on local raw materials: coarse and semi-coarse sheep wool. The main activity is the production of felting and felt products.

The design capacity is 700 tons of wool processing per year. The production capacity of the enterprise: 67 thousand pairs of felted shoes and 190 tons of technical felt per year.

The products of "Ayaz" LLP are in demand among the population, in regions with harsh climatic conditions, as well as for special purposes in industrial enterprises of mechanical engineering, oil and gas industry, travel companies and for the needs of the national economy.

Technical, fire-resistant and yurt felt is made of coarse natural wool. In mechanical engineering, technical felt is used as an oil seal, which is used in the most complex and hard-to-reach friction units with a large number of revolutions for dust retention.

Felted shoes designed for use in various climatic, atmospheric, industrial and domestic conditions. Widely used as footwear in the sectors of construction, agriculture, security, oil and gas and mining industry, transportation (railway, road, river etc.)

The novelty of our production is felted shoes "Ayaz", rubberized felted shoes with a metal toe, which is made by pressing method, it is characterized by increased wear resistance, designed to protect the toes.

Ayaz LLP additionally produces national yurts on a metal frame, camp tents, commercial and multi-bed tents on a metal frame, sleeping bags, workwear for oil, gas and other industries. The company has mastered the production of combat clothing for firefighters BOP-1, BOP-2. "Ayaz" LLP refers to domestic producers for their products have certificates of origin CT-KZ and a declaration of conformity of the EAC (Customs Union).
