West Kazakhstan Machine-Building Company is a high-tech modern production complex, which includes: procurement, stamping, machining, welding and assembly, tool production, testing center for quality control of finished products and materials used.
Production provides a full cycle of order fulfillment, including the design development of equipment, its production, delivery, installation, and commissioning of the equipment into production.
The plant is one of the leading enterprises in Kazakhstan for the development and production of high-tech equipment:
- for the production and treatment of oil and gas;
- for oil and gas transportation;
- power equipment;
- complex metal structures;
- construction equipment;
- other engineering products;
-service of gas turbine installations;
- metallurgical analysis;
- evaluation of the service life;
- non-destructive testing;
- all types of cleaning and welding;
- vacuum soldering,
- mechanical processing.
The quality management system (QMS) of the company is certified for compliance with the requirements of international standards ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, IEC 17025.
The company has received the following state licenses:
-State license for the design, manufacture, installation and repair of equipment and control systems, emergency protection and alarm systems, as well as pressure vessels and pipelines;
- State license for the design, manufacture, installation and repair of oil and gas drilling and power equipment;
-State license to engage in architectural, urban planning and construction activities.
Since 2011, the company has been working closely with General Electric to provide repair services for gas pumping units. A license was obtained from GeneralElectric for the repair and maintenance of turbines.
The test center "West Kazakhstan Machine-Building Company" is accredited for compliance with the requirements of ST RK ISO / IEC 17025-8007 " General requirements for the competence of testing and calibration laboratories "( certificate of accreditation KZ.I. 09. 0071 dated January 23, 2017).
