West Kazakhstan region DECIDES:

1. To approve the size of the maximum permissible retail prices for socially significant food products in accordance with the appendix to this resolution.

2. The state institution "Office of Entrepreneurship and Industrial and Innovative Development of the West Kazakhstan region" shall ensure state registration of this resolution with the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. Control over the implementation of this resolution shall be entrusted to the deputy akim of the West Kazakhstan region in charge of business issues.

4. This resolution comes into force from the date of the first official publication.
