The department held a meeting with the largest retail chains of the region and local producers on saturating the range of retail chains in the region with locally produced food products. The purpose of the work carried out is to influence the reduction of the retail cost of goods in retail outlets.
During the meeting, a preliminary agreement was reached between retail chains and local producers to increase the supply of goods to the regional market.
