RESOLVE:

1. Introduce the following amendments and additions to the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 26, 2019 No. 229 “On the introduction of a moratorium on inspections and preventive control and supervision with a visit in the Republic of Kazakhstan”:

the title should be amended as follows:

«On the introduction of a moratorium on inspections and preventive control with a visit in the Republic of Kazakhstan»;

in paragraph 1:

the first paragraph shall be stated in the following wording:

«1. From January 1, 2020 to January 1, 2024, central state and local executive bodies should stop inspections and preventive control with visits to small businesses, including micro-entrepreneurs, with the exception of:»;

supplement with subparagraph 2-1) of the following content:

«2-1) unscheduled inspections conducted in accordance with the Entrepreneurial Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan;».        

2. This Decree comes into force on January 1, 2023 and is subject to official publication.
