On December 8 of this year, an official visit of the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Belarus to the Republic of Kazakhstan P.V. Utyupin was organized.

Within the framework of the visit, a meeting was held with the Akim of the West Kazakhstan region G.N. Iskaliev. in which the issues of mutually beneficial cooperation with the Republic of Belarus were discussed.
Akim of the region noted that today the region is one of the most dynamically developing industrial and agrarian regions of the Republic of Kazakhstan, in particular mechanical engineering. There are great prospects for cooperation with Belarusian companies in organizing the production of special equipment and the development of the machine-building industry.
During the visit, Mr. Ambassador visited Uralskagroremmash JSC and Ural Mechanical Plant LLP, where he got acquainted with the work of the leading machine-building enterprises of the region.
Also, he met with representatives of the Assembly of the Peoples of Kazakhstan, including the Belarusian National Cultural Center "Gramada".
