In November 2020, an online meeting of the Governor of the Saratov Region V.V. Radaev and Akim of the West Kazakhstan region G.N. Iskalieva. Following the online meeting in March of this year, a visit of a delegation from the Saratov region was organized. During the visit, a memorandum of mutual cooperation was signed between the Republican Higher Medical College "Maksat" and the Saratov State Medical University named after V. Razumovsky.
Within the framework of this Memorandum, on December 6, a project was implemented to open the Resource Center of the V. Razumovsky Saratov State Medical University in the West Kazakhstan region.
