In the period November 30 - December 01, 2021, the region was visited by the Consul General of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the city of Aktau Tursynbekov A.Zh. Within the framework of the visit, a meeting was held with representatives of the Assembly of the Peoples of Kazakhstan of the West Kazakhstan region. During the meeting, the Consul General noted the special trade, economic and cultural relations between the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Republic of Kazakhstan, and also shared plans to create an Uzbek ethnocultural association in the West Kazakhstan region.

In turn, the leadership of the Regional Assembly expressed its readiness to provide comprehensive assistance.
