In pursuance of the Message of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 1, 2020 on the creation of modular municipalities in rural settlements, 53 objects were selected with a designated purpose (PMS / outpatient clinic / medical center) for construction in WKO.

Within the framework of the PPP project, the state partner provides:

· land plot for construction;

· leases the object free of charge in accordance with the PPP Agreement,

· reimburses the investment costs of the Private Entrepreneur.

Funding volume: from 35 million tenge for 1 object

Payback period: 4-5 year

Terms of implementation: 5-10 year
